The Ontario Turfgrass Research Foundation is a volunteer board of professionals of the turfgrass industry dedicated to the future of turf research. Their objectives are to support the scientific research of turf culture for the advancement of the turfgrass industry. This registered charitable foundation provides funding through donations to turf research in Canada. A majority of the funds are allocated to the turf researchers at one of the largest and most active turfgrass research centres in the world, the Guelph Turfgrass Research Institute. Accomplished results from the OTRF funded turfgrass research projects are shared for the benefit of the public and industry end users.
