Principle Researcher

Dr. Maxim Schlossberg, Pennsylvania State University

Project Scope:

Rootzone pH highly influences nutrient availability, root growth and disease susceptibility during both establishment and maintenance of Penn A-series creeping bentgrass putting greens.  Research results will provide field proven guidance on treatment ( timing and rates) and response ( shoot and root) of creeping bentgrass putting greens to traditional ( elemental sulfur), aggressive (acid) and subtle ( ammonium) agronomic acidulents.
